At Premier Cigars Switzerland, we are committed to delivering authentic Cuban cigars quickly, carefully, and securely.

All cigars are shipped in their original boxes with the original bands intact. We take great care to ensure that your cigars arrive fresh, well-protected, and in excellent condition.

To protect each shipment during transit, cigar boxes are vacuum sealed and securely packed inside the shipping carton to reduce movement and help preserve the condition of the cigars.

Delivery Guarantee

All shipments are covered by our Delivery Guarantee, unless this option is declined at checkout.

If you choose to opt out of the Delivery Guarantee, please note that we are unable to refund or reship your order in the event of loss, delay, seizure, or non-delivery.

Humidified Shipping

To help maintain the quality and condition of your cigars during transit, we include a Boveda humidity packet in each shipping carton.

These humidity packets are designed to help maintain a stable humidity level of approximately 72% RH, helping ensure your cigars arrive in the best possible condition.

This is included as a complimentary service.

Out of Stock Items

We make every effort to keep our online inventory accurate and up to date.

In the rare event that an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly. You may then choose to:

• Replace the unavailable item with another product
• Wait for the item to become available
• Remove the item from your order

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and any other charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tobacco import regulations vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with the tobacco import laws and regulations of their own country before placing an order.

Premier Cigars Switzerland is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services, inspections, import restrictions, duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other regulations imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable VAT, customs duties, taxes, or other fees must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment, where required.
